'DIVINE' EVOLUTION"
In tracing the roots of our sauce's history, one reaches the Worcester
region in England of the 19th century.
A wonderful condiment was created through the soaking of fresh vegetables
in vinegar, salt and spices from India which were precious at the
time.
Even today, this manufacturing procedure has hardly changed.
It was already known since then that ripening increases flavor.
If preservation conditions are good, the flavor brought about by
long-term ripening is'Divinely'enhanced.
"VINTAGE"
The "Climax Vintage aged for 3 years" is a series evolved as a result
of an extra long-term ripening following the traditional 'precipitation
manufacturing method' ,whereby vegetables and fruits are stewed
thoroughly and left for a long time to mature in tank, after which
the malt is separated and then blended again. Each bottle filled
with distinctive flavor is sealed with a serial number and delivered
in a limited edition of 10,000 bottles per year.
